• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Key Performance Areas:
• Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Covering 100% of the identified territory
• Conducting 9 calls per day and submitting timely and accurate reports
• Maintaining a minimum 85% pass rate on product knowledge tests quarterly
• Participating in RSM in-field assessments on an ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
• Matric or Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Proven work experience as a sales representative, or a rookie representative with a strong passion for sales
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and business relationship management (BRM) and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time and work in a fast-paced environment
