About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role will be to design and develop customized travel itineraries for our clients, while communicating effectively in German. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing travel itineraries that meet client requirements
  • Communicating with clients in German to understand their needs and preferences
  • Coodinating with service providers to ensure seamless execution of travel experiences
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout their journey
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel-related information and services
  • Handling administrative tasks related to itinerary development and client communication
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A matriculation certificate (or equivalent)
  • Citizenship of South Africa
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred but not required
