Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Business Development Representative to drive New and Existing Client Growth within our African market and other key regions.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Southern Africa market, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and seize growth opportunities.
The primary objective of this role is to maximize the value of client relationships, ensuring the continuous success and growth of our business.
This person will develop and nurture strong, enduring connections with clients, ensuring their active engagement and satisfaction with our products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive the growth of our clients and potential clients through relationships.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and monitor their spending to ensure that country targets are met.
- Gather market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market and competitive intelligence.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or equivalent qualifications an advantage.
- Proven track record in Client Relationship Management in Southern Africa.
- At least 3 years work experience in Sales in the Southern Africa market particularly Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Nigeria and Zambia.
- Willing and able to travel into Africa.
