The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements, as well as analysing business and system requirements and the business implication of user requirements to the business process involved.

Duties
  1. Gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements
  2. Analysing business and system requirements and the business implication of user requirements to the business process involved
  3. Producing documentation accordingly and proposing improvements where appropriate
  4. Engaging the most appropriate business representatives to obtain input and agreement on alternative solutions presented
  5. Acting as a consultant to the business on the best outcomes for a particular business problem or initiative
  6. Facilitating group workshops and meetings
  7. Explaining technical jargon to non-technical/business teams by simplifying requirements so they are easily understood across the whole team
  8. Defining the scope of the solution and ensuring understanding of the scope of business users is aligned
  9. Building relationships with all key stakeholders including business owners, product owners, development teams, trainers and users
  10. Liaising with other project areas to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues
  11. Business process modelling and improving business processes across various business units, processes and systems
  12. Implementing, testing and deploying solutions to business problems (includes facilitating and coordinating user acceptance testing)
  13. Understanding, documenting and escalating project risks
  14. Renderring support in business transition and helping to establish change (includes the transfer of knowledge to users, trainers and peers)
  15. Assisting in the continuous development, improvement and implementation of the analysis framework
  16. Mentoring and coaching of other analysts
  17. Working in an agile team within the scrum framework
