We are a busy body shop in the Midrand area, looking for a highly skilled Customer Relations Coordinator to manage our customer interactions. This role involves being the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring effective communication and a seamless repair process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial consultations with clients to discuss vehicle damage and repair needs.
  • Prepare and present accurate repair estimates and quotes.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of repairs and address inquiries promptly.
  • Assist clients with insurance claims and coordinate communication with insurance adjusters.
  • Ensure repairs meet high-quality standards through final inspections.
  • Educate clients about the repair process and vehicle maintenance.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints, implementing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage scheduling logistics.
  • Inform clients about additional services offered by the body shop.

For this role, we require a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused attitude, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential. Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus, as is the ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
