Industrial and Organisational Psychology Expert

We are seeking a highly qualified Industrial and Organisational Psychology Expert to join our team at HR Genie. The successful candidate will be responsible for lecturing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conducting and publishing research within the disciplines of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations and Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and mentor students in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations and Human Resources
- Conduct and publish research in accredited journals
- Supervise postgraduate students (Honours and Masters)
- Co-ordinate postgraduate programmes
- Provide academic administration and leadership
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A doctoral degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Employment Relations and/or Human Resource Management
- Experience in co-ordinating Masters programmes specifically in Employee Relations and Human Resources
- Experience in facilitating training within industry or lecturing at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Published articles in accredited journals and presented research papers at conferences
- A track record of successful research supervision and examination of postgraduate students
- Experience in teaching and mentoring students in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- Familiarity with research methodologies and academic writing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
