Senior Lecturer in Industrial Psychology

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our team as a Lecturer in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and learning, conducting and publishing research, supervising postgraduate students, and coordinating academic and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Conduct and publish research in the field of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Labour Relations, and Human Resources.
- Supervise postgraduate students and provide guidance and support to ensure their successful completion of their studies.
- Coordinate and manage academic and administrative processes, including module coordination and human resources management.
- Work closely with colleagues in the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology and the School of Industrial Psychology and Human Resources to achieve departmental and institutional goals.
- Master's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or a related field.
- Professional registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa as an Industrial Psychologist.
- Experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, preferably in a higher education institution.
- Strong publication record in accredited journals and book chapters, as well as experience in presenting research findings at conferences.
- Ability to supervise postgraduate students and provide guidance and support to ensure their successful completion of their studies.
