Research Psychologist

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conducting research within the disciplines of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations, and Human Resource Management. You will also supervise postgraduate students and handle administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver lectures on Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations, and Human Resources at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Conduct and publish research in reputable journals and present research findings at conferences
- Supervise postgraduate students, including Honours and Masters students
- Coordinate postgraduate programmes, providing academic leadership and administration
- Collaborate with department members, as well as those from the School of Industrial Psychology and Human Resource Management
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, with a doctoral degree and professional registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Experience in coordinating Masters programmes, teaching, and research supervision is essential.
