Senior Lecturer/ Associate Professor: Industrial and Organisational Psychology

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic leader to join our team as a Senior Lecturer/ Associate Professor in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. The successful candidate will be responsible for lecturing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conducting and publishing research, and supervising postgraduate students.
Key Responsibilities- Lecture at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations, and Human Resource Management.
- Conduct and publish research in accredited journals and present research papers at conferences.
- Supervise postgraduate students and provide academic administration and leadership.
- Co-ordinate postgraduate programmes and work closely with other members of the Department of Industrial and Organisational Psychology.
The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, professional registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa, and experience in lecturing, research, and supervision.
