Die Hauptaufgabe des Fleet Operations Coordinator besteht darin, eine effiziente und effektive Verwaltung sowie Kontrolle sicherzustellen, indem die Einhaltung der Unternehmensrichtlinien und -verfahren in Bezug auf alle Fahrzeugbuchungen, Rückgaben, Rechnungsstellung und Versicherungsansprüche sowie Zahlungen gewährleistet wird. Dabei wird ein Kundenservice von höchstem Standard angestrebt.

  • Frühzeitige Kommunikation von Serviceanfragen für Fahrzeugmieten.
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Fahrzeuge für den vorgesehenen Zweck geeignet sind.
  • Versenden von E-Mails an den Fahrer zur Bestätigung seiner Akzeptanz von Bußgeldern, die von dem Manager des Fahrers bestätigt wurden.
  • Verwaltung von Versicherungsansprüchen. Bestimmung der Art des Anspruchs:
  • Glasanspruch
  • Diebstahl oder Verlust von Zubehör
  • Unfallanspruch
  • Dokumentation aller Unfallfallnummern innerhalb von 24 Stunden.
  • Meldung aller Unfälle an die Geschäftsführung.
  • Tägliche Überwachung der Fahrzeug-/Flottenanforderungen.
  • Erreichbarkeit während und nach der Arbeitszeit.
  • Erfassung der Fahrerdaten.
  • Bereitstellung von Analysen zu Mieten, Rückgaben, Schäden, Versicherungen und Bußgeldern in einem monatlichen Bericht an die Geschäftsführung.
  • Zusammenstellung einer Übersicht über bezahlte und ausstehende Rechnungen für die Geschäftsführung.
  • Versand monatlicher Schadensberichte an die Finanzabteilung.
  • Erstellung von Vorfallberichten und unterstützenden Beweispaketen.
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Fahrer über einen gültigen Führerschein verfügen.
  • Aktualität bewahren:
    • RTO-Vorschriften
  • Fahrzeugvermietungssysteme
  • Fahrzeugvermietungsunternehmen und -tarife

Qualifikationen & Erfahrung


•Diplom oder Abschluss in Logistik, Transportmanagement oder einem verwandten Bereich.

•Starke Verwaltungskompetenz und finanzielle Kenntnisse.

•Mindestens 5 - 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der Flottenkontrolle oder einem verwandten Bereich. Kenntnisse über administrative Büroverfahren, Praktiken und Ausrüstung.

Kenntnisse & Fähigkeiten


•Umfassende Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Fahrzeugansprüchen.

•Richtlinien und Verfahren zur Fahrzeugvermietung.

•Rechnungsstellung.

•Fähigkeit zur Erstellung und Konzeptualisierung von Berichten über Flottenoperationen und Fahrzeugvermietungen.

•Sichere Anwendung von MS Office, insbesondere fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Excel.

•Besitz eines gültigen südafrikanischen Personalausweises.

•Hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten.

•Gültiger Führerschein.

•Gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.

•Effektive Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

•Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit, um in einem dynamischen, schnelllebigen Umfeld mit wechselnden Prioritäten zu arbeiten.

•Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, mit minimaler Aufsicht.

•Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit.

•Besondere Aufmerksamkeit für Details.
