Job Summary

Teraco seeks an experienced Client Experience Co-ordinator to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring services to meet their expectations.
  2. Issue Resolution and Prevention: Proactively identify and address potential issues before they become major problems, ensuring seamless delivery of our services to clients.
  3. Process Improvement and Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes to enhance efficiency, reduce resolution times, and increase overall client satisfaction.
  4. Reporting and Escalation: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports highlighting client satisfaction trends, recommending process improvements, and escalating recurring issues to senior management.
