The Western Cape Government seeks a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Office Manager: Research and Technology Development Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a comprehensive research support service to the Senior Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing research project processes
  2. Rendering line administrative support services
  3. Executing research, analyzing information, and compiling complex documents for the Senior Manager
  4. Providing support to the Senior Manager with regard to meetings
  5. Managing resources of the Office of the Senior Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification)
  • A minimum of 3 years management experience in rendering executive support functions to Senior Management
  • A valid code B or higher driving license

In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, you will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and remain organized.

The remuneration for this position is R- per annum (Salary level 9), with additional benefits including medical assistance, housing assistance, pension fund contributions, and more.
