Your Role at Impact.com
We're seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating our brands in the USA and UK. You'll work closely with our Senior Campaign Manager and Account Coordinators to ensure campaigns meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with advertisers to create internal sales briefs outlining campaign goals and content requirements.
- Plan campaigns based on advertiser objectives, copy/style preferences, and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the team to design and source campaign assets, including images, copy, and tracking links.
- Manage and train a team of campaign managers to take ownership of campaign design and optimization.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics from the ad server and Impact.com, including daily spend, CTR, sales, and ROAS.
- Identify campaigns requiring creative refresh based on low or declining performance.
- Monitor publisher revenue and flag unusual drops in impressions or revenue.
Requirements
- Proven experience with paid media platforms, including meta, programmatic, and search.
- Performance marketing knowledge and experience, including technology, commercial models, and metrics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of tracking technology, attribution, and conversion performance.
- Ability to manage a team of 5 or more people across multiple locations.
- 5+ years of management media and campaign experience.
- Deep understanding of marketing, retail brands, and problem-solving approaches.
