Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Profile Personnel. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the order fulfilment process, from order entry to delivery, ensuring that customer expectations are met. They will also be required to gather and analyse market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business
  • Sales Support: Assisting the sales team with product knowledge, pricing, and order processing
  • Order Processing: Managing the order fulfilment process, from order entry to delivery, ensuring that customer expectations are met
  • Gathering and analysing market intelligence to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
