About the Role
Machine_ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing TTL campaigns and day-to-day communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage TTL campaigns and communication on a day-to-day basis, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Work closely with the account director and business unit director to drive and meet financial targets.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Support the development of business strategies and plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to add value to our clients' businesses.
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business Communications.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager, preferably in an advertising agency or similar environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting financial targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Experience working on TTL and digital campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
