Job Title: Used Vehicle Sales Executive

At Mototeam (Pty) Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Used Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets for pre-owned vehicles, ensuring maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing expert guidance throughout the purchasing process.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads generated, initiate, negotiate, and close deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation, including quotes, invoices, and licenses.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the automotive industry to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate with the Sales Manager to develop innovative sales strategies and improve customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of automotive car sales experience at a franchise dealership.
  • Education: Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, goal orientation, and experience with MS Office, CRM, Autobid, and social media/digital marketing.
  • License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
