Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand the current customer base of large industrial/B2B customers at head office level.

• Core responsibilities include managing key accounts, achieving sales budgets and targets, and maintaining excellent customer care through regular customer visits, coordinating customer orders, and solving customer issues.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business success.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B and manufacturing industry.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
