Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with tour operators
* Design requests for exclusive travel experiences
* Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents
* Oversee and manage guest itineraries
* Manage and assist guests from arrival to departure
* Supervise current tour programs and services
* Interact with other providers and assist in finding new service providers
* Book and supervise tour guides and drivers
* Provide consultation on travel and tourism products

Requirements:

* Exceptional customer service skills
* Good judgment and adept use of travel research and technologies
* Passion for travel
* Minimum two years of experience
* Above-average knowledge of tourism products and packages in South Africa
* Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
* Ability to work independently and handle bookings unsupervised
* Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
* Flexibility in working hours and availability for emergency phone duty
