Multilingual Customer Service and Sales Professional

We are seeking an experienced Dutch speaking customer service and sales representative to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. As a customer service and sales professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the airline industry.
About the Role:This is a full-time/ permanent position that requires flexibility to work shifts, with a rotational schedule from Mondays to Sundays, including public holidays as operationally required. You will be working on various work streams, assisting passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations departments in Dutch and English languages.
Key Responsibilities:- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Dutch, which may include some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
- Contribute to a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment.
- Native level fluency in Dutch language: Verbal & Written.
- Located in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (no wireless connections accepted).
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).
- Fully paid product and systems training provided.
- Training duration: 4 weeks (fully paid).
- Probation period: 4 months.
The estimated salary for this role is R150,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
