About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our Branch Operations team across multiple locations nationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive internal and external sales initiatives, managing and controlling the current client database.
  • Establish a strong company footprint in regions by visiting Fire Departments and Chamber of Commerce offices.
  • Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecasting, and planning for inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business goals, develop plans, and implement successful strategies.
  • Travel frequently, representing the company at various events and meetings.
  • Utilize technical expertise to stay up-to-date on company products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of financials, profit margins, and inventory management.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.

What We Offer:
