Digital Learning Experience Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team at TFG Infotec.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, educational technology, and UX, with a proven track record of creating engaging and effective digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify business problems and obtain course content
  • Contribute to or lead design | brainstorming | idea generation sessions to craft appropriate learning solutions
  • Effectively collaborate with other roles in the DLC, Talent department, and business stakeholders, negotiating timelines whenever necessary
  • Brief in project requirements to the DLC pipeline
  • Co-ordinate workflow internally from design, development through to publishing and ensure all SLAs are met
  • Ensure curricula or programs for digital learning aligned to the 5Di principle | ADDIE
  • Ensure tested digital instructional design theories, practices, and methods are applied
  • Remain abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field of digital learning and web development
  • Perform internal quality assurance and support peer review
  • Coach and | or mentor within your domain when required
  • Provide input into internal processes and digital methodology to aid continuous improvement
  • Maintain project documentation, course folders, and workflow using relevant internal tools

Requirements:

  • A qualification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, UX, ETDP, Technology, Learning Design QA, or a related field
  • 4+ years' Proven working experience in a relevant field
  • 4+ years' experience in a digital learning environment
  • Project management experience
  • Digital lesson and curriculum planning skills
  • Able to co-ordinate projects and project teams
  • Able to create high-quality digital or blended learning course frameworks and storyboards
  • Able to work in a highly pressurised and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and a focus on continuous improvement
  • A passion for storytelling
  • A passion for process and standards with a focus on continuous improvement
