Senior Sales and Retention Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales and Retention Manager to oversee our Saves/New Acquisition team at iSON Xperiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer retention and acquisition growth, leading a team of agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Saves/New Acquisition agents to achieve sales and retention targets
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition rates
• Monitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback to agents
• Identify and address training needs to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and team efficiency
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or telesales, with 1+ year in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience with performance management and process improvement
