Staff Unlimited Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for accurate pricing of stressed debt portfolios to ensure optimal cash flows and meet required returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing and Analysis: Develop and implement pricing methodologies for portfolios, drive growth in productive assets, and enhance Return on Assets and Return on Equity.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the pricing team, ensuring timely pricing of portfolios and implementation of collection strategies for newly purchased stressed debt portfolios.
- Process Improvement: Maintain existing pricing processes, including facilitating pricing, and develop new pricing methodologies for portfolios never-before-purchased.
- Strategic Thinking: Provide thought leadership in developing new pricing strategies and techniques, and drive innovation in existing pricing methodologies.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in a Quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering)
- Experience: 5-7 years' experience in a Quantitative analyst preferably in Credit in Financial Services
- Skills: Strong coding skills in SQL and SAS, critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
