Portfolio Management Specialist

At Global Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team and focus on the growth of third-party BC/HOA portfolio, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining current relationships with third-party BC/HOA properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective portfolio management strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage and maintain relationships with third-party BC/HOA properties, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective portfolio management operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Management.
- Paddocks UCT Sectional Title/HOA Management Course qualification advantageous.
- Registered with the PPRA holding a valid FFC advantageous.
- Three years' experience in managing sectional title schemes/HOA's and complex management.
- Experience in overseeing and managing staff.
