Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team at Sheldon Recruitment and Selection. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties in East London, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and that marketing plans are in place to meet growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans to ensure growth targets are met
  • Ensure all records are updated and accurate
  • Arrange and attend HOA and BC meetings, and execute instructions
  • Attend to owner queries and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare and distribute monthly reports to trustees
  • Ensure effective management of properties in line with relevant legislation
  • Manage and enforce house and conduct rules, and issue files and penalties as necessary
  • Regular site visits and appointment/performance control of service providers
  • Ensure expenditure is in line with budgets and oversee complex upkeep
  • Business unit and variance reports
  • Oversee municipal processes and preparation of budgets
  • Manage corporate social investment activities and ensure cost savings
  • Staff management, work allocation, and process analysis
  • Manage community development activities and ensure cost savings
  • Ensure quality adherence, EE plan, and WSP

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with Degree/Diploma in Management
  • UCT Sectional Title/HOA Management course advantageous
  • Registered with PPRA and holding a valid FFC advantageous
  • 3+ years experience in managing Sectional Title Schemes/HOAs/Complex Management
  • Staff management experience and MS Office literacy
  • Valid drivers license and good communication skills

Salary: R23,000.00 per month CTC
