Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Pricing: Ensure accurate pricing of stressed debt portfolios to optimize cash flows and meet required returns.
  • Growth and Return: Drive growth in productive assets at targeted levels of return.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop new pricing methodologies for portfolios never-before-purchased and innovate existing pricing techniques.
  • Pricing Team Leadership: Lead and manage the pricing team to maintain existing pricing processes and facilitate pricing.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Degree in a Quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering) and post-graduate qualification or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience: 5-7 years' experience in a Quantitative analyst role preferably in Credit in Financial Services.
  • Skills: Strong coding skills in SQL and SAS, critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

KPIs: Accuracy of cash flow forecasts, growth in productive assets, return on assets, and return on equity.
