Job Description

**Job Title:** Sales Representative

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Personnel Network. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, customer interactions, and industry trends.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
