Job Summary:

Top Vitae Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns and find solutions that meet their needs.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of external sales experience.
  • Qualifications: Sales or marketing qualification advantageous.
  • Skills: Valid Code B Driver's license, cleaning industry experience advantageous.
