Key Responsibilities- Operational Management
- Ensure that the branch is aligned to company structures and processes
- Ensure that employee practices are aligned to their respective Key Performance Areas (KPA's) and policies and processes are enforced
- Business Development
- Drive the business to ensure that monthly targeted billings are attained
- Manage operations to ensure that costs are contained within budgeted figures
- Proactively identify new potential client segments in the healthcare industry
- Clinical Development
- Understand key competitors and identify opportunities to grow and retain the business and increase market share
- Develop and maintain sound relationships with clients
- Engage with nurse managers and unit managers to identify opportunities, staffing requirements, and to identify and assist with proactive solutions
- Assignee Management
- Recruitment of assignees
- Registration, induction, and orientation of assignees
- On-going upskilling and clinical evaluations of assignees
- Policy and Procedure Enforcement
- Enforce Charisma policy and procedure at the clinical interface
- Ensure and enforce that Charisma assignees adhere to the policy and procedure of the clients to which they are allocated
- Reporting and Data Management
- Assist with the maintenance and integrity of the database
- Record keeping, compiling reports, monitoring trends, and statistics
- National Diploma in Nursing or related discipline
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
- A minimum of 2 years private hospital work experience
- Previous management experience
- Financial acumen
- Knowledge of the LRA and BCEA
- Intermediate computer skills, including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Email)
- Code 8 driver's license and own transport essential
