  8. Implement initiatives to drive performance improvement and positive change in people management.
  9. Deliver training sessions on HR-related topics for line managers.

The ideal candidate will possess a CIPD qualification or equivalent, have experience working in premium/luxury retail in an HR capacity, and have excellent communication skills.
