Position Overview

Job Title: Lead Campaign Strategist

Role Summary:
The Lead Campaign Strategist will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive campaign management for various brands. This position is integral to the growth of our organization, which focuses on delivering impactful messages through content and influencer marketing channels at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Leadership:
1. Manage individual campaigns with budgets up to R350,000.
2. Provide support for larger campaigns valued at R1,400,000.
3. Successfully oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring high standards and effective communication.
4. Address any campaign-related issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
5. Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure influencer and campaign matters are handled efficiently.

Influencer Engagement:
1. Stay updated on influencer marketing trends to enhance campaign strategies.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their management teams.
3. Communicate campaign requirements clearly and negotiate influencer fees confidently.
4. Ensure timely delivery of campaign content and manage influencer communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Performance Reporting:
1. Provide concise updates to stakeholders regarding campaign performance.
2. Analyze performance metrics to inform future campaign strategies.
3. Report on influencer effectiveness and overall campaign success.

Strategic Development:
1. Lead proposal development with a focus on campaign deliverables and profitability.
2. Identify upselling opportunities and communicate them to relevant teams.
3. Craft compelling messaging and content for campaigns.

Essential Skills:
1. Strong understanding of digital media and influencer marketing.
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in campaign management and influencer relations.
2. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
