Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical expertise to site managers, cleaning teams, technical sales consultants, and customers to meet customer needs effectively.
  2. Manage complaints, advise internal/external stakeholders on corrective action, and ensure effective resolution.
  3. Optimize maintenance costs by managing budgets, driving efficiencies, and promoting innovation.
  4. Ensure application of audit procedures aligns with client quality standards.
  5. Determine precision and accuracy in chemical verification processes.
  6. Oversee Health and Safety, ensuring services are conducted in compliance with health and safety and environmental requirements.
  7. Comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), safeguarding personal information and adhering to company POPI Compliance Policy.
  8. Develop effective solutions to address site pain points from a maintenance perspective.
  9. Perform routine maintenance for chemical dosing pumps, ensuring system functionality.
  10. Provide onsite assistance and training to the chemical division.
