Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Services Group. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the security industry.
This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients' security needs.
- Conduct site surveys to assess client requirements and prepare proposals.
