Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support processes with business objectives.

  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to support representatives to achieve exceptional service levels.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in support or customer service management.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems and data analysis tools.

  • Familiarity with US customer service standards and data privacy laws (CCPA).
