A highly sought-after opportunity exists for an experienced Front Line Receptionist to work in a Medical facility in Cape Town city centre. This exclusive Practice operates on appointment-only basis, offering great working hours and a professional working environment in Gardens, Cape Town.

No prior medical experience is required, as your strong office administration skills will be highly valued. As a member of a small team, you will be responsible for managing all administration of the Practice, including meeting and greeting patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key requirements include:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A kind telephone manner, with the ability to deal with top-end patients and Doctors from around the world
  • Superior organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think creatively to run the Practice effectively
  • Strong administration and computer skills

Responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating patient interactions
  • Telephone management, including appointments
  • Ordering office and practice supplies
  • Invoicing, payment follow-up, and order tracking
  • Building and practice management
  • General administration, including filing both hard copy and electronic documents

This role is ideal for a well-presented individual who can add value to a professional environment and space.
