Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our Sales Manager in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the Sales Manager's activities, managing follow-up systems, and ensuring effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the Sales Manager's activities, including meetings, agendas, deadlines, diary, and appointments.
  • Manage the follow-up system and ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure efficient time management and arrange correct documentation for meetings and appointments.
  • Manage and submit HR-related claims and documents for the Sales Department.
  • Provide secretarial services for the Sales Manager and Sales Team as required.
  • Manage the Sales Manager's travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Assist the Sales Project Manager with relevant material for events and field events.
  • Administrate the Sales Budget in conjunction with the Sales Manager.
  • Assist the Sales Project Manager with the administration of Sales Projects.
  • Assist the Sales Manager with the planning, organizing, and executing of overseas incentives and competitions.
  • Successfully execute monthly Rewards & Recognition promotions.
  • Compile sales for the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and relevant studies (Secretarial / PA) or 3 or more years of senior experience.
  • Solid presentation experience.
  • Knowledge of direct sales.
  • The ability to solve problems and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills (both English and Afrikaans).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent computer skills on office administrative packages (MS OFFICE) including PowerPoint.
  • The ability to deal and interact with high-profile clients and senior executives.
  • Ability to agree and achieve deadlines and function in a stressful environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility in respect of time and mobility.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and coordinating skills and professional work approach.
