Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare leasing proposals and facilitate leasing documents
- Process tenant invoices and reconcile debtor accounts
- Capture, file, and document recovery/utility bills
- Ensure accurate bank allocations and reconcile payments
- Process supplier quotes, invoices, and reconciliations on SAP
- Assist the Property Manager with budget preparation and variance reporting
- Attend management meetings and submit reports to Head Office
Requirements:
- Diploma in Administrative studies or Finance (Beneficial)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
