Sales Account Executive

The primary objective of this position is to serve as the main liaison between the Company, its representatives, and its clientele.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure existing clients receive the appropriate products, optimal market share, and visibility.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- BCom Degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline is essential.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- A minimum of two years proven experience as a Sales Account Executive.
- Demonstrated success in managing customer relationships effectively.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
- Strong relationship management abilities and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
- Capable of creating and delivering tailored presentations to meet audience needs.
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Meet established sales goals and objectives within designated timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance sales efforts.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to retail locations to strengthen customer relationships and expand the customer database.
- Continuously identify new business opportunities.
- Effectively present, promote, and sell products/services to both existing and potential customers.
- Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeframe.
- Coordinate sales initiatives with team members and other departments.
- Provide monthly performance reports, including insights on competitors.
- Inform management about customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
- Participate in meetings as required.
- Work collaboratively with Clover and Vector Sales/Merchandisers to enhance business performance.
- Attend industry trade shows and marketing events as necessary.
