Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Marketing Assistant to join our team in Africa. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and executing results-driven automated email journeys across the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international best practice methodologies and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work closely with senior management and support colleagues.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads daily, assisting in the setup and organisation of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns, and undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.

You will also be responsible for tracking and analysing marketing metrics to improve conversion and make recommendations for future strategies. Additionally, you will compose and post online content on our website and social media accounts, and design and edit PowerPoint slide decks, some email banners, and social media posts using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

As a successful candidate, you will be a team player, ready to work, and an innovative problem solver. You will have a passion for all things marketing and an inherent desire to succeed and be the best of the best.
