About the Role
- Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented digital marketer with a passion for social media, content creation, and paid media? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in executing and managing marketing activities across multiple business units, including iStore, iStore Pre-Owned, iStore Business, and iStore Education.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Briefs
- Assist the Campaign Manager with creative and digital marketing briefs.
- Prepare and manage paid media campaign briefs for social, LinkedIn, and Google ads.
- Align activities with media schedules and obtain necessary approvals.
- Ensure timely updates and re-alignment of marketing collateral, pricing, and deals.
- Support Apple approvals for marketing assets and creatives.
Social Media Content Management
- Oversee and schedule organic content across multiple social pages.
- Brief designers on static and video content at least a week in advance.
- Write, review, and test copy for social media, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders before publishing.
Sponsored Content & Campaigns
- Coordinate internal briefs and gather required assets for sponsored content.
- Manage agency and publisher briefs with approved creative elements and audience targeting.
- Track campaign performance and optimise for best results.
Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Assist in planning and executing weekly newsletters.
- Work with designers to develop engaging email content.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing and campaign messaging before deployment.
- Oversee scheduling and sending via Brevo, ensuring all content and links are tested.
Reporting & Compliance
- Support quarterly media plan execution and ensure Apple KPI alignment.
- Prepare and submit Apple Proof of Action (POA) reports monthly.
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in content scheduling tools, briefing platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and emerging digital technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven track record of managing digital media campaigns.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with digital media analytics tools.
