We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will

have experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing websites, and working with CRM

tools such as Pipedrive and CMS platforms like WordPress. This role requires a blend of creativity,

analytical thinking, and technical expertise to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and improve

Customer Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.
  2. Oversee and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices.
  3. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  4. Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
  5. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
  6. Utilize PPC advertising, including Google Ads and social media ads, to maximize ROI.
  7. Analyze marketing metrics and generate reports to assess campaign performance.
  8. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  9. Develop compelling marketing materials, including storyboards, website content, and promotional copy.
  10. Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  11. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality output.
  12. Manage and optimize Pipedrive CRM for effective lead nurturing and conversion tracking.
  13. Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth.

Qualifications & Experience
  1. Proven experience as a Digital Marketer, Marketing Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred) OR at least 5 years of practical experience in digital marketing.
Skills & Competencies
  1. Proficiency in Pipedrive CRM for lead tracking, pipeline management, and automation.
  2. Strong knowledge of WordPress, including content updates, troubleshooting, and plugin management.
  3. Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and marketing automation platforms.
  4. Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and paid advertising platforms.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
  2. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website edits.
  3. Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, MS Teams.
