About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dutch Customer Service Representative to join our team on a seasonal contract. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat, and email
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and service level agreements
  • Update and maintain customer records, ensuring that any agreed actions are logged and that customers are kept regularly informed of the progress of their issue
  • Escalate any sensitive customer issues through the agreed channels
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive, and willingness to learn
