Job Title: Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Travel Sales Coordinator to join our team at Ten Lifestyle Group. As a key member of our Private Travel division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Private Travel Managers with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, contracts, and proposals.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and requests in TEN Maid and TTS.
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, providing information, and offering personalized assistance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests and ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements.
  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify potential leads, and nurture client relationships.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials for Private travel products and services.
  • Support research on market trends, competitors, and client preferences to assist sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with operations teams to coordinate logistics, accommodations, and activities for travel itineraries.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to company standards and meet the expectations of luxury clientele.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during client travel, providing timely solutions and assistance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles, supporting luxury or high-end travel service.
  • Experience working with VIP or high-net-worth clients is an added advantage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of luxury travel products, destinations, and current travel trends.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business tools.
  • Passion for luxury travel and a deep understanding of luxury lifestyle preferences and trends.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
