Sales and Administrative Coordinator
Our esteemed Manufacturing Client is in search of a Sales and Administrative Coordinator with over 5 years of experience in managing Quotes using Pastel, processing Sales Orders, and handling Sales Administration tasks proficiently with MS Word and Excel.
Compensation: Up to R 15000 per month
Minimum Qualifications
Matriculation certificate
5+ years of experience in sales and administrative roles, specifically in handling sales orders and quotes via PASTEL.
Proficient in utilizing Excel for Pivots and Vlookups (handling large datasets)
Essential experience with PASTEL software
Core Responsibilities
General sales office administration duties
Maintenance and organization of the office environment
Inputting Sales Orders from clients into PASTEL and the ordering system
Managing and ordering office supplies
Preparing and sending Quotations via Pastel to clients, followed by proactive follow-ups to enhance business opportunities
Assisting with Stocktaking and data entry in Excel
Updating and distributing the Pricing List to clients, along with necessary communications
Requesting and managing supplier quotes and invoices
Periodic updates of spreadsheets as required
Supporting the sales team as needed, demonstrating a willingness to collaborate while also working independently
