About the Role

We are recruiting a Sales Performance Manager to join our team in Gauteng, specializing in the Automotive Motor Industry.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary package of R10,500 + Commission and Benefits.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Key duties include working with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, promoting the company's services, and maintaining an owner follow-up system.

The ideal candidate will possess strong selling skills, a good track record, and a commitment to their career. No job hoppers will be considered.

A valid Unendorsed driver's license (Code 8/B) is essential, as is the ability to understand customers' needs and preferences.

The role requires goal-orientation, with a focus on ensuring high levels of customer service and communication.

Responsibilities also include overcoming objections, guiding customers through the sales process, and ensuring interim and monthly sales targets are met.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Matric, sales certificate, or related qualifications beneficial but not essential
  • Valid Unendorsed drivers license, Code 8/B
  • Strong selling skills and process-driven
  • Good track record, willing to put in the work and commitment
  • No job hoppers, those who take their career seriously
