Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Hlumelo. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Minutes & Distribution: Take clear, concise minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly to ensure follow-up on key action points and decisions.
- Phone Call & Communication Management: Answer and direct incoming calls on behalf of the company, maintaining professionalism and managing inquiries efficiently.
- Handle communications with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring prompt responses and smooth information flow.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
