We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our team at Dante Personnel. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert travel industry knowledge and ticketing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel Industry Expertise: You will have a minimum of 5 years of related retail travel experience as a consultant in a travel agency and 2 years of ticketing experience.
  • Travel Documentation: You will be responsible for processing, checking, and issuing all travel documentation, including E-Tickets, EMDs, and fares knowledge.
  • Quicktrav Expertise: You will have good knowledge of Quicktrav required for issuing car hire/hotel vouchers, credit card swipes, and receipting, as well as DI lines in PNRs for automatic invoicing.
  • Commission/Service Fee Collecting Schemes: You will have good knowledge of various commission/service fee collecting schemes, such as Travel Buy TASF.
  • Insurance Policies: You will be responsible for issuing Zurich/TIC Insurance Policies.
  • Debtors Lists: You will ensure that ITC Debtors Lists are controlled and never outstanding, requiring cross-pollination with the finance department and teamwork.
  • Administrative Functions: You will perform all related administrative functions to facilitate back office support given to ITCs.
  • Junior Staff Support: You will assist junior staff in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years related retail travel experience as a consultant in a travel agency
  • 2 years ticketing experience
  • Good knowledge of Quicktrav
  • Good knowledge of various commission/service fee collecting schemes
  • Ability to work in a team environment
