Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, adhering to labor laws and company policies.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to HR best practices.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee records.
- Track and report on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in an administrative or generalist role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
