Job Overview

JenRec Recruitment is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Cape Town. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient office administration, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer day-to-day office activities, interact with rental agencies, and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various errands, requiring driving to meetings, company events, or collecting hardware.
  • Manage office expenses, reconcile costs, and monitor budgets.
  • Order, purchase, and maintain hardware, office supplies, and cleaning materials.
  • Coordinate office logistics, access control, parking, and repairs.
  • Manage hotdesk setup, allocate resources, and oversee hardware maintenance.
  • Handle paperwork, support new starters, and assist with staff exits.
  • Arrange meetings, travel, and reconcile costs.
  • Supervise Office Cleaning staff and collaborate with the Marketing Team.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle front door access.
  • Improve office operations, streamlining processes, and enhancing efficiency.
Requirements

  • Adaptability, methodical approach, and effective prioritization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, team-oriented, and result-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Effective time management, initiative, and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, honesty, and reliability.
  • A valid South African driver's license and a registered vehicle.
Compensation

R180,000 - R220,000 per annum, based on experience.
