Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate projects to ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and budget requirements.
  2. Operations Management: Develop and manage the operations organization, coordinating their activities to achieve project goals.
  3. Resource Planning: Plan and organize project development, coordinating human and material resources to ensure timely completion.
  4. Representation: Represent the project manager, contractors, and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
  5. Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to functional responsible and DIN on project performance, dysfunctions, lessons learned, and best practices.
  6. Technical Support: Offer technical support to the sales department as needed.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in operative project execution and construction site management for complex technical projects.
  3. Skills: Proven ability to successfully complete large-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams; driving license; hazard identification and risk assessment; office suite proficiency; P6 and Microsoft Project; file server access and SharePoints.
